Trinity’s Week in Sports Dec. 18-Dec. 24

Trinity Middle School Girls:

The girls finished this weekend with 1 win and 1 loss.  They beat Summit and lost to Mountain View. The girls continue to get better and are very working hard. They have a season record of 2 wins and 2 losses. Their next games will be the first weekend in January.

Trinity High School Boys:

The boys played a great game and fought hard against Sherman but could not pull it off in the end. They lost to the two time defending state champions 62-48. Thank you to all the Trinity families that came to support the boys that night! We also had our first ever junior varsity/varsity games. The JV played Sherman as well and for their first game played very well. They lost 31-58 and were led by Fernando Herrero and his 14 points. This weekend the boys played in the Triad Christmas Tournament. The boys finished with 1 win and 2 losses. They lost to Horizon Christian and the #1 team in the state, Pacific. They did beat Powers in the final game 53-26.

Trinity 5/6 Boys Basketball Team:

The boys finished the weekend with 2 wins and 0 losses. They beat Mountain View and Crook County. The boys are now 3-1 and have seen a lot of improvement from last year’s team. Their next games will be the first weekend in January. 

Trinity 7/8 Boys Basketball Team:

The boys had no games this weekend, as they had to be rescheduled. Their next games will be the first weekend in January.

High School Boys Basketball:
Dec. 19: Game (Away) vs Butte Falls JV 4:00pm. Game (Away) vs Butte Falls 5:30pm.
