Carol Podwils
Music

| Mrs. Carol Podwils has been teaching at Trinity since 1976. She is a graduate of Concordia University, Seward, NE with a major in Art and Music. Carol is married to Mark and has two grown children (who both graduated from Trinity) and a two grandsons. Fun fact: Carol and her husband own a Harley! |

Jon Vevia
Music

| Mr. Jonathan Vevia has been involved in church and school music since he could walk! He has a passion for both traditional and contemporary music of all styles and strives to share that passion with his students. In addition to teaching Middle School and High School music, Jonathan directs the Adult Choir at Trinity, maintains a busy private lessons schedule, and enjoys other gigs on the side. Jonathan and his wife Kyla, just had a baby, Gibson. Their dog, Doyle, is getting along quite nicely with the new addition to the family! Jonathan graduated from California Lutheran University in 2006 with a BA in Music and plans on starting a summers-only Masters program in 2012. Fun Fact: Mrs. Krause, Trinity's Principal, was Jonathan's principal when he was a student at Lutheran High School in San Diego. |

Greg Byers
Music

| Mr. Greg Byers is an accomplished musician who has been playing professionally since he was 14 years old. He played with the Marine Band for 7 years and began teaching 12 years old. Mr. Byers teaches the band program at Trinity and in his "spare" time plays with 4 bands in Bend. |

Connie Roshak

| Mrs. Roshak teaches the 1st-5th grade Spanish program at Trinity. Mrs. Roshak has experience teaching Spanish to preschool- 8th grade students. She has lived in Bend for the past 11 years and has three teenage daughters. |

Sarah Van Diest

| Mrs. Van Diest has a Bachelors degree from Oklahoma Baptist University in Elementary Education. She has been teaching 17 years and has taught Spanish in both public and private schools. She and her husband David have five sons and live in Redmond. Mrs. Van Diest has a heart for teaching Spanish because it was the hardest subject for her to learn while she was a student in school! |

Amy Ludwick
Junior Kindergarten/Spanish

| Mrs. Ludwick is in her 5th year teaching at Trinity. Amy who is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University, was an All-American pole vaulter and has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She is married to Grant who is a real estate broker in Bend and they have a one year old son named Caleb. In addition to teaching Jr. Kindergarten, Amy teaches Spanish to the preschool and jr. kindergarten students. |
