Preschool - Junior Kindergarten
When children arrive at Trinity to begin Preschool, they enter a world that fosters joyful curiosity. Hands-on learning is dispersed with insight and information in a nurturing environment.
Critical thinking is introduced early, and there is plenty of time to socialize! Music, Spanish, and Art are offered alongside other cultural electives. Life-lessons are gained through sports and play activities. Children learn what it takes to be a good sport, a good citizen, and a good friend.
At Trinity Lutheran School, children of many denominations have the opportunity to offer praise and joy, and learn that faith is key to a happy life. Religion is integrated through the school day as children learn that faith is not just something that is practiced on Sunday. Discussions about faith, morals and values are encouraged. It is not required to be Lutheran to attend Trinity Lutheran School. In fact, only 30% of the students at Trinity are Lutheran.
Educational basics are taught early, laying the groundwork for a more rigorous academic structure in the areas of Math, Science and Literature in later elementary years.
