The Trinity Foundation exists to support all the generations of Saints to come. This fund encompasses generous gifts, helps fund education, encourages leaders, and helps grow our ministries.
From Humble Beginnings to Making a Lasting Impact on the Central Oregon Community
The Foundation exists to turn generosity into lasting impact. Through the thoughtful stewardship of donated gifts, we provide funding for life-changing scholarships, staff development, campus improvements, and the growth of ministries and missions, ensuring a strong and vibrant future for generations to come.
In the Spring of 2022, Trinity’s Board of Directors approved the establishment of the Trinity Foundation General. The Foundation General’s purpose is to receive assets via donation, manage such assets in accordance with the Foundation bylaws, and distribute funding that would support the ministries of Trinity.
In March of 2024, a designated account was added to the Trinity Foundation for the sole purpose of supporting Trinity’s School Ministry. The overarching goal of this designated account is to proclaim the Gospel message through the School and the children that are educated there.

The Foundation is overseen by a committee made up of Trinity Lutheran Church members in good standing and operates under the authority of Trinity’s Board of Directors. The congregation’s Treasurer also serves as the Treasurer of the Foundation.
Committee members are entrusted with the careful management of Foundation assets and partner with Thrivent Financial for investment guidance and execution. To ensure continued quality and performance, financial advisors are reviewed by the Committee at least every three years.
Each year, the Committee recommends to the Board of Directors how and where grant funds should be distributed to support the church and school. No funds are distributed without the Board’s approval.
The Trinity Fund Ensures Students are Taken Care of, Seen, and Loved.
For our classrooms, the fund helps support new technology, curriculum, and resources for all ages.
For our athletes, the fund covers costs for uniforms, referees, league and tournament fess, coaching stipends, high school summer camps, media expenses and more.
For your artists and performers, the fund provides music supplies, concert expenses, musical royalties, guest musicians, directors expenses, and more
When you support the Trinity fund, you are supporting more than just your student. You are impacting all of Trinity’s ministries. From Bible studies, youth ministries, service projects, after-school clubs, and much much more!
